Jeffrey Thomas has been designing landscapes on Cape Cod and throughout New England for more than 20 years. Jeffrey’s landscapes and gardens have been featured in numerous publications and paintings by regional artists. At the Boston Flower Show, he has judged the Allen C. Haskell award for excellence in horticulture and design, and he is a Board member of the Cape Cod Rose Society.
